Step 1: Download the App

Download and install the Connectwise app from your device's app store:

For iPhones or iPads:

Step 2: Enter Server Address

In the ConnectWise app, enter the following address in the provided field:

https://sc1.iremote.ca

Then click the Go button.

Step 3: Enter Support Code

Type in the code provided by the iRemote.ca technician and tap the Blue Arrow.
